Jaiden is forced to stand with his wrists tied above him as a steel weight hangs from his balls. “That’s a good boy!” Master Tanner says, attaching his boy’s wrists to the suspension crane before forcing Jaiden to stand on his tiptoes. Now the boy is really in agony, but his moans are muffled from the tape-gag still covering his mouth.
