Story
Master Joel finds himself in luck as his submissive-seeking prowess finds his new boy-toy, the poor, desperate Julius. Julius is on his last dollar, so when Joel inquires about an exchange of money for pleasure, Julius jumps at the opportunity. Unfortunately for Julius, Joel did not exactly define his "pleasures", and it just so happens that he enjoys helpless boys screaming in pain at his will! After knocking Julius out cold, Master Joel takes him to the dungeon and chains him to a whipping post. Julius whines and struggles, but there is no escape, and his Master is about the last person in this world one could expect to show any hint of mercy.
